SEE UPDATE! This app allows PC owners access to one important feature: updates for their Xbox One controllers. But, unless you own an Elite controller, the app is useless beyond that. With a PS4 controller, you can customize the controls and sensitivity how you like with the free community driver called DS4WIndows. Yet a giant corporation like Microsoft for some reason hasn't figured out how to compete with its free competition and add this functionality to its natively supported Xbox One controllers as this app restricts all customization to Elite owners only. That is why I'll be uninstalling this app and continuing to rely more on my PlayStation 4 controller. Microsoft is making a very public push into the PC gaming market again, but their efforts, as exemplified by this app, have been tepid. UPDATE: A very pleasant surprise.
