Hello, I updated my windows 10 operating system 2 weeks ago. After the updates where installed, I discovered that my touchscreen has stopped responding. I contacted dell online they send me drivers which I installed but nothing changed, They send me the drivers to flash the BIOS but it was not working. I tried to run a test everything is working fine and when i run a diagnose test the screen its working but when windows loads it stops. I did a few research on google, I discovered that I need to calibrate my screen. When I went to control panel I found that there is no option for that, I try the tablet mode settings there is nothing working. Finally I came on the Microsoft forum I found that there is a way of adding manually a calibrate option which I did but its was not working. I opened my device manager I have found that the HID-compliant touchscreen driver installed and there is no warning against them I uninstalled them the update, no progress at all.

The same incident happened to me 2 months ago I formatted my PC 3 times in a month and on this PC I have several software which requires me to reinstall, start re configuring the software and rebuilding, reconnecting to remote servers and databases and projects. Am afraid of updating but due to the ransomware am forced. And every time I update my PC something stops to work. Last year, I was locked out on a partition I encrypted.How can I solve this issue? Or can I roll back to windows 7?
